We had an amazing time at the Race World Offshore Ocean City Grand Prix! The city, fans, and racing community made this a fantastic event. The excitement was palpable as everyone gathered to witness the high-speed action on the water. Our M•CON Racing Super Cat skater drew attention on and off the water with its sleek design and skillful onboard crew making a thrilling last lap pass.
There were some close calls during testing, but driver Myrick Coil and throttleman Johnny Tomlinson did a great job managing the challenges. The M•CON Racing / Monster Energy crew worked tirelessly, fine-tuning the boat to ensure optimal performance on race day. Despite the choppy waters, the team’s expertise and determination paid off, allowing us to claim the checkered flag in Ocean City once again. The dramatic last-lap pass showcased not only the boat’s superior design but also the exceptional skill of our driver, throttleman, and crew!
After a packed start to the APBA season, we will be headed back home to regroup and prepare for the next event in Sheboygan from August 9-11. Both our Super Cat and Class 1 boats will be competing, and we are excited to continue our successful streak. Stay tuned for more thrilling races and updates as we gear up for the next challenge!
